Group exercise is a great way to get healthy with peers and is perfect for all experience levels and needs. These fun classes focus on a variety of types of exercise (yoga, pilates, cardio kickboxing, etc.) in a setting of up to 20 people in person or 50 people virtually. Classes are scheduled at set times each week and can be bought individually or in a monthly package.

Fitness Yoga

Connect with your body through a carefully-chosen variety of yoga poses, breathing, and meditation techniques. This class will strengthen you, improve your posture, and keep your back and joints healthy.


Pilates emphasizes good posture and steady breathing while enhancing muscle tone, flexibility, and mobility. Concentration during movement helps isolate and relax muscle groups in the abdomen and lower back, leading to increased resilience.

Cardio Kickboxing & Abs

Kick and punch your way to fitness in this fun, fast-paced workout that improves your cardiovascular health and stamina. Tone your body and chisel your core with concentrated floor work that will improve your posture and stability.

Total Body Mix & Stretch

Challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds with cardio routines, specific muscle conditioning, and relaxing elongation stretches. This challenge will leave you feeling successful regardless of your fitness level! 

Muscle Fusion & Abs

A total body workout to improve your strength, endurance, and metabolism using weights, equipment, speed, and tension. The class concludes with toning your core with concentrated floor exercises that also improve posture and stability.


Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet training. This intense class looks to encompass all aspects of physical fitness and is sure to inspire you by the end of each session.

Total Body Dance & Stretch

Fun cardio and dance routines combined with resistance and bodyweight training to provide the variety and challenge your body needs for results! The session concludes with relaxing elongation stretches.

Saturday Bootcamp Workout

In this 1-hour whole body strength and cardio workout, you will move from one exercise to another quickly, keeping your heart rate elevated and body burning more calories. This is a great way to build your fitness fast and keep you motivated. Break up the boredom and monotony of the same old gym workout, and join us!


Classes occur on most weekdays according to trainer availability and are open to any paying customer.
