Classes
 

Group exercise is a great way to get healthy with peers and is perfect for all experience levels and needs. These fun classes focus on a variety of types of exercise (pilates, cardio kickboxing, etc.) in a setting of up to 20 people in person or 50 people virtually. Classes are scheduled at set times each week and can be bought individually or in a monthly package.

Full-Body Blast: Total Strength and Conditioning

Get ready for a high-energy, full-body workout that will strengthen, tone, and condition your entire body! In this 60-minute class, we combine strength training, cardio, and core work to give you a balanced workout that targets every muscle group. Whether you’re looking to build lean muscle, improve endurance, build metabolism, or boost overall fitness, this class will challenge you with a variety of dynamic exercises designed to burn fat and sculpt your body from head to toe.

 

Using a mix of dumbbells, bodyweight movements, and functional training techniques, Full-Body Blast is perfect for all fitness levels. Modifications are provided for beginners, while advanced participants will find plenty of opportunities to push themselves to new heights. Expect a combination of circuits, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), and resistance exercises that will keep your heart pumping and your muscles engaged.

Pilates Sculpt: Strength, Flexibility, Stability and Balance

Transform your body with Pilates Sculpt, a full-body workout designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance balance. This low-impact class focuses on precise, controlled movements that engage your core muscles while toning and lengthening the entire body. Using free weights, resistance bands, and your own bodyweight, you’ll master exercises like weighted squats, deadlifts, and leg presses, ensuring a balanced, full-body workout that improves both strength and stability.

This 60-minute class is designed to build strength, burn fat, and boost endurance through a mix of cardio, strength training, and functional exercises. From bodyweight movements and resistance training to agility drills and sprints, Boot Camp provides a dynamic workout that targets every muscle group.

Our diverse range of classes ensures there’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking to boost your strength, improve endurance, or simply have fun while staying active!
