During your health consultation, we will discuss diet goals and needs as well as reasons for wanting to make a lifestyle change. The consultation will begin by asking about food consumption patterns, preferences, and behaviors and then lead to discussing dietary preferences, cooking habits, and trouble spots. It will also touch on your current lifestyle to get a sense of your physical, mental, and emotional health.
To prepare for your consultation, please bring a food journal that includes your meals and snacks over the past three days. Please also be prepared to talk about your medical history as well as current and past medications and supplements. This consultation can take place either in-person or remotely.
Follow-up nutritional consultations are recommended once per week to once per month depending on the client's need.
