​Fit4Life also provides training tailored to corporate, older adults, or youth settings. Classes are offered in person and online. We also offer a library of fitness videos at a nominal monthly rate-- contact us for more information regarding this service.

Corporate Fitness

Fit4Life’s corporate fitness program helps employees overcome everyday health challenges such as stress, commuting, long hours, and sitting too much. Our virtual and onsite programs engage employees during their busy work days through either a midday aerobics class or a deskside stretch break. Employers can expect increased employee morale and a greater sense of community.
