Fit4Life also provides training tailored to corporate, older adults, or youth settings. Classes are offered in person and online. We also offer a library of fitness videos at a nominal monthly rate-- contact us for more information regarding this service.

Corporate Fitness

Fit4Life’s corporate fitness program helps employees overcome everyday health challenges such as stress, commuting, long hours, and sitting too much. Our virtual and onsite programs engage employees during their busy work days through either a midday aerobics class or a deskside stretch break. Employers can expect increased employee morale and a greater sense of community.

Golden Hearts Fitness is focused on preventing falls through fitness programs that instill lifelong healthy lifestyle practices. Meet your CDC recommended 150 minutes of weekly endurance with our various classes.

  • Zumba (chair or standing)

  • Balance and Flexibility

  • Low-impact Strength Training

  • Aerobics-Related Group Fitness Games

Youth Fitness 

Physical activity is critical to children's health and well-being. Being active can help kids enhance their concentration and problem solving skills, increase confidence and self-efficacy, and prevent childhood obesity. Fit4Life offers a variety of fun in-person and virtual youth and school-based fitness programs. These will help youth build strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination while also training them to set and achieve personal goals, form better eating habits, and deal with emotions effectively.
