Our personalized approach begins with a certified trainer designing an effective and efficient exercise program specific to your goals and abilities. Your trainer will provide education and encouragement so that you learn proper technique and stay motivated while you reach your goals. Each session strengthens your physical fitness and your mental health! You can book sessions individually or with the bronze, silver, or gold membership packages.


Personal training can be one-on-one or in a group with a maximum of five people. One person pays for the service, meaning groups will have to pay a flat rate regardless of the number of people. Personal training sessions are 1 hour and depend on our trainer's availability. Book below or navigate to the contact page to set up a recurring time for personal training.
