About
Meet Felicia Maxwell
CEO & Founder
I am the Founder & CEO of Fit4Life Michigan. My fitness journey began after escaping an abusive college relationship. Mentally and physically defeated, I made it my mission to become strong; with a positive attitude, unwavering commitment, and a tremendous support system, I overcame depression, low-self esteem, and lost 45 pounds.
Through my journey, I have realized that health and fitness can empower us all and elevate us to our true mental and physical potential. I want to help you in your own journey, whatever your motivation may be, to becoming #Fit4Life.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy revolves around four pillars that were inspired when my son Isaiah was diagnosed with autism. Centered around positive affirmations -- thinking, eating, speaking and training well instill confidence and motivation to remain steadfast in one’s fitness journey.
Although his medical team said Isaiah would not be able to speak, function or socialize in a "normal capacity," Isaiah currently excels in school, won homecoming court at his high school, and maintains a fit lifestyle. He is living proof that these pillars coupled with determination, commitment, and confidence will allow you to overcome any obstacle and become #Fit4Life.
