In-Person Classes
In-person classes are done in a setting of between 6 and 20 people and is led by a fitness instructor. These are fun classes that can be focused on a variety of types of exercise (yoga, pilates, cardio kickboxing, and more). Classes are a great way to get healthy with peers and are perfect for all experience levels and needs.
Senior Classes
We offer shortened and lower-impact versions of many of our classes to senior facilities. These classes can range from aerobics to Zumba to yoga and even pilates. Mental motivation and nutrition seminars are also available for senior facilities.

Livewell With Maxwell
We will discuss diet goals, needs, objectives, and reasons for wanting to make a lifestyle change. We will ask about food consumption patterns, preferences, and food behaviors, and that will help us better understand food-related behaviors. We can then begin to further discuss dietary preferences and cooking habits, and identify trouble spots like late night or unhealthy snacking and skipping breakfast and other meals. We will discuss your current lifestyle to get a sense of your current stress levels, physical activity levels, mental and emotional stability, and sleep patterns. We will discuss medical history, current medications, and supplements that will also reveal helpful information. We will discuss things you’ve tried in the past related to your diet, exercise, supplements, etc. To prepare for your visit, it can be helpful for you to bring a three-day food journal worth of meals and snacks. With the information provided, we can begin to make recommendations and give guidance to help with your diet and move forward with your health goals. Class Descriptions
Fitness Yoga
Connect with your body through a well-chosen variety of yoga poses, breathing, and meditation techniques. This class will strengthen you, improve your posture, and keep your back and joints healthy. All experience levels are welcome. Please bring a mat.
Pilates
Pilates emphasizes good posture and technique while also enhancing muscle tone, flexibility, and mobility. The workout focuses on concentration during movement and steady breathing while targeting your abdomen and lower back muscles. Pilates isolates and relaxes muscle groups while also strengthening them through breathing and control. This can lead to increased resilience and improved alignment and posture.
Cardio Kickboxing & Abs
Punch and kick your way to a leaner body. Cardio kickboxing is a fun, fast-paced workout that improves your cardiovascular health and stamina. This class will tone and chisel your body and target your core with concentrated floor work that will improve your posture and stability.
Total Body Mix & Stretch
This class combines cardio routines with specific muscle conditioning exercises to provide the variety your body needs for results. The workout will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic threshold every time causing you to leave feeling successful regardless of your fitness level! The class concludes with relaxing elongation stretches at the end making this a fun, well-rounded experience.
Weights/Muscle Fusion & Abs
This class is a total body workout for all levels thar uses weights, equipment, speed, and tension. The workout will improve your strength and endurance while also boosting your metabolism. The end of the class focuses on toning your core with concentrated floor exercises that also improve posture and stability.
R.I.P.P.E.D.
R.I.P.P.E.D. is an acronym for Resistance, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet training. This intense class looks to encompass all aspects of physical fitness and is sure to inspire you by the end of each session.
Total Body Dance/Stretch
This class combines fun cardio and dance routines with resistance and bodyweight training to provide the variety and challenge your body needs for results! The session concludes with relaxing elongation stretches, ensuring the class is both fun and well-rounded.
